International Office has successfully held a preparation class for French Language Proficiency Test Level A1 DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française)  on Wednesday, February 19th 2020  at the Conference Hall of IT Center in Tadulako University. It was opened by the Vice Rector for Academic Affair of Tadulako University, Dr. Lukman Najamuddin, M.Hum. This preparation class was attended by some students of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Putri Aisiyah Palu High School, the French teacher of the school, madam Herningsih, S.S and Tadulako University students who are also members of Warung Prancis commmunity. The preparation class was handled by French Language Instructor from IFI Surabaya, madam Sri Wahyuni who also started off the class with great motivation to engage the participants to learn the language since the language is considered to be worldwide used. She provided a simulation for the test and explain how to fill the personal identity as well on the test paper. Interestingly, the test result is applicable lifetime as she mentioned the benefit of taking the test and how to answer questions on the test appropriately. The class was not boring even it took more than five hours since the instructor explained and enhanced participants knowledge in a very great way. The test includes some language skills like TOEFL does which every skill was presented in detail by madam Sri and one postgraduate student, Novranda, who is the member of Warung Prancis community, volunteered herself in the speaking session as she talked in French. All participants were very enthusiastic during the class where they were able to try to speak in French to the instructor and other participants.
